At SoulFull Wellness Co. LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality nutrition education and wellness services. To ensure clarity and fairness, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Individual Sessions

Refunds for individual sessions are not provided once the session has begun.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions rescheduled within this timeframe can be moved to another available time slot.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the session.
2. Packages

Packages of multiple sessions must be paid in full prior to scheduling.

Unused sessions can be rescheduled within 6 months of purchase.

Packages are non-refundable.
3. Workshops & Corporate Sessions

Payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellations 30+ days in advance may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered for medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Soulfull Wellness Co. LLC. Documentation may be required.
